Spicy, Slow-Baked Tomatoes
Delicious when heirloom versions are available
 Ripe tomatoes, preferably heirloom, cored and sliced in half
Olive oil
Tio Pablo Mayan Gold Spice Mix


Preheat oven to 140°C.

Place tomato halves, cut side up, onto a baking dish.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with Mayan Gold Spice Mix

Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours or until tomatoes are semi-dried

Serve with capers and cheese
