Salsa Verde Parcels
A slight variance to typical Mexican fare
3 sheets puff pastry sheets
200g Tío Pablo Salsa Verde
¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 egg


Cut each puff pastry sheet into four even squares
Lie each square onto a baking tray covered with baking paper
Dollop a generous dessert spoon of Tio Pablo Salsa Verde into the middle of each square
Top the salsa with a small handful of feta cheese
With a brush or fingertips, dampen each corner of square with water and bring all corners together to seal
Brush top of parcel with a beaten egg
Bake in oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden
