Ingredients
1 avocado
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 ½ tsp Tequila
1 Tbsp fresh orange peel, minced (plus more for topping)
2 tsp brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
Directions for Avocado Icing
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Spread onto each cookie and sprinkle with a little extra orange peel.
