Purple Carrot and White Turnip Salad

Purple Carrot and White Turnip Salad
With  fresh mint, feta and spicy rockmelon seeds
1 purple carrot, julienned
1 white turnip, sliced and cut into triangles
Handful of mint, chopped
I Bosc pear, thinly sliced
½ cup feta, crumbled
2 Tbl Tio Pablo Spicy Rockmelon Seeds
Dressing Ingredients:
2 Tbl rice bran oil
2 Tbl cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp fresh orange peel
½ tsp coarse black pepper
½ tsp Tio Pablo Citrus Chilli Salt
¼ tsp honey
In a medium sized bowl, combine carrot, turnip, mint and pear and mix through gently.
In a small bowl, stir through dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Stir through gently and top with feta and rockmelon seeds.
