Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa
A refreshing salsa for fish or chicken tacos, or simply served as a dip
Ingredients
4 large pieces diced, La Morena Sliced Mango
4 pieces finely diced, La Morena Red Jalapeños in Escabeche
2 tablespoons, lime juice
1/4 of a small red onion, diced

Preparation

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and roughly mix through. Note that the spicy heat will intensify as the salsa sits.  Serves 4
