Bean and Cheese Corn Quesadilla
12 Tío Pablo corn tortillas
1 can la Morena Refried Bayo (Pinto) Beans with Chilpotle, 440g
1 1/4 cup grated Edam or Mild cheese
Tio Pablo Salsa Verde to garnish


Spread refried beans on two tortillas and sprinkle cheese on one side
Place two tortillas together, pressing the beans and cheese between them and place onto a hot sandwich press (or frying pan)
Cook until sides golden
Chop into wedges and drizzle Salsa Verde along the top
Creates 6 quesadillas
